Ethiopia Matahara Coffee
This coffee is grown in the Ethiopian highlands of the Oromia region with a volcanic clay soil, rich in minerals and very fertile. This Matahara is part of the Sidama appellation in Ethiopia. Its unique terroir, manual and selective harvest and "blonde" roasting make it perfect for filter coffee, V60, Chemex and French Press. The result: a fruity coffee, woody and gourmand.
According to the Specialty Coffee Association, this coffee was rated 87.
